How we handle your information.

Axis Accounts AS is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions about this notice or your data can be sent to legal@axisaccounts.no.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and any note you add. When you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email.

We do not ask for financial or other sensitive information through this website, and we ask that you do not send it.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to discuss an engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

Cloudflare hosts this website and, through its Turnstile service, checks contact form submissions for automated abuse using technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics. Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Microsoft 365 hosts our email. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement and Norwegian bookkeeping law require.

This website sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Write to legal@axisaccounts.no and we will respond within one month.

You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
